MIXTURE GASES

In manufacturing a wide range of gas mixtures are used for welding and cutting as well as for laser processing. Gas Mixtures are either mixed continuously on site from pure gases or they can be supplied premixed products in a range of package sizes.

CALIBRATION GASES

Calibration gas is a reference gas or a mixture of gaseswhich are usually compressed. The composure of calibration gas exists of one initial gas and is enhanced by one or more component(s). Calibration gas is used to calibrate gas analysers or gas detectors.

ARGON HYDROGEN MIXTURE
AHM

Argon mixtures with hydrogen are usually used for TIG and plasma welding. Composition of such mixture has influence on narrower arc, higher energy density, heat transmission and arc stress. The use of this mixture enables to achieve more productive work and reduce time costs.

ARGON + CO2 MIXTURE
ACM

Argon Carbon Dioxide blends are versatile mixtures for welding carbon, low-alloy and some stainless steels or short circuit or spray transfer welding of carbon steel. Increasing the CO2 content will increase weld penetration and bead wetting characteristics.

ARGON - 98% + NITROGEN 2%
GRADE 5.0

The argon-nitrogen gas mixture with 10% N2 seems to produce the optimum com- bination of strength and compliance for adhesion enhancement

COMPRESSED AIR
CA

Compressed air is an important medium for transfer of energy in industrial processes, and is used for power tools such as air hammers, drills, wrenches and others, as well as to atomize paint, to operate air cylinders for automation, and can also be used topropel vehicles.

ETHYLENE
C2H4

Ethylene is a hydrocarbon. It is a colorless flammable gas with a faint "sweet and musky" odour when pure. It is the simplest alkene. Ethylene is widely used in the chemical industry, and its worldwide production exceeds that of any other organic compound.

OXYGEN FREE NITROGEN
OFN

Oxygen Free Nitrogen is used for leak detection, strength and pressure testing and in helping to reduce oxidation when brazing.

OXYGEN(2%) + CO2(20%) + NITROGEN(78%)
OCN

A mixture gas used for speciality purposes
